Well...I have been in Beantown for 6 months and 8 days and I can’t complain one bit. I am almost done with my first semester at Harvard…whew…hence the lack of blogging, but summer is approaching. I love being closer to family and friends and going to a ton of sports game, Sox, B’s and C’s. I enjoy being outside more because the sun is shining and especially love being able to hop on my bike at 730 in the morning without layering for a rain storm or cold. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not knocking on Seattle or WA at all; I just feel more comfortable out here. Yes I do miss my friends and the ‘family’ (puppies and kitties included) I developed out there but this is home…granted my real birth place is 2 hours away and my parents are now in NC, but you get the picture. I love the humidity…yea I know stupid, the summer warmth that comes with it, having thunderstorms again is awesome, yet I admit it was very bizarre in Seattle to have it snowing, sleeting, thunder and lightning all at the same time! Yes I do miss “The Mountain” and the scenery and the Market but Boston fits me better. Also Buddha loves lounging on the deck in the sun stalking birdies. It was a costly and somewhat risky decision but I think that I made the best one.
Well that is it for now...just thought I would finally post something worthwhile since it has been quite some time!!

Today is October 1st....leaves are changing and the wind is ripping. School is in full swing as is back to work full time...summer is out the door.
